Tata Harper is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable /Snr. Commercial analyst to serve as a key member within the Finance Department and be business partner to our Commercial team with focus to our Direct to Consumer (D2C) channel and AR. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will support the management of Accounts Receivable, Collections, D2C deposits and reconciliations, Credit Memos, Fraud Disputes and Month-End Close requirements. Responsibilities

· Business Partner to the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team supporting Technical Operations Assistance and business analysis requirements.

· Manage the Accounts Receivable function for the company, leveraging your experience with internal cross functional experts.

· Manage the Collections process.

· Account Reconciliations for online services such as Borderfree, Braintree, PayPal, et.al.

· Manage the Credit Memo's/Returns and provide reasons and explanations.

· Manage the Fraud Disputes and decision support

· Run all required month-end journal entries. Reconcile Accounts such as: Undeposited Funds, Accounts Receivable, Doubtful Accounts, Credit Card disputes, Customer Deposits, Gift Cards, Clearing Accounts, etc.

· Coordinate the Annual Price Change process and ERP uploads

· Daily Sales Report and forecasting

· Backup for Customer Service operations. Process Invoices and PO's.

· Other activities as required

Qualifications

· 1-3 years Accounts Receivable and/or Commercial finance experience, preferably in the CPG sector

· Experience supporting D2C/Omni-channel commercial processes preferred

· Associate or Bachelor's in accounting/Finance

· Experience with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP's preferred

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the MS Office suite

· Team Player - Must work well within a team environment. Excellent Communication Skills

· Strong time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.

· Intellectually curious. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

· Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Some periodic travel required (Vermont and other locations)
