Job description

Looking for responsible, motivated, self-starter for busy Williston auto auction facility. Position works with the office manager completing tasks both inside and outdoors. This is a 32-40 hour per week position with the potential for one Saturday per month.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service - Answering Phones, Registering Customers for Auction

Automobile Title Paperwork, Bills of Sale, etc.

Processing Payments, Cashier Duties, and Bank Deposits

General Administrative Office Duties

Cross-train in Operations as needed, including In-Take of Vehicles into Computer for Auction

Computer skills

Automobile title experience a plus

This job will require the ability to remain focused and change tasks as needed. Must possess a valid Vermont driver's license.
