If you are a specialist in the design, development, analysis, and optimization of business processes, we want you on our growing team!Our Impact:Our team ensures the quality, completeness and maturity of the Enterprise's business process documentation and associated key metadata to enable data-driven business decisions.Provide Enterprise level analytics and operational insights through development and maintenance of process documentation per consistent standards.Advise and support business resiliency and risk management activities.Your Impact:Build and maintain Freddie Mac's business process ecosystem utilizing our EOBPM modeling methodology and toolsFacilitate interactions with leads from all Freddie Mac divisions and with Enterprise Risk representatives to understand and capture process informationProvide process impact analysis and research services for ad hoc requestsCollaborate with the EOBPM teams to continuously improve our tools and processesMonitor and report on project progress and risksQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher and 3+ years of related experienceSuperior proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, concise termsExperience with business process mapping; Software AG ARIS experience a strong plus but not requiredExperience managing multiple projects that cut across departments or functions to successful completionAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group executives, managers, and subject matter authoritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio experience a plus)Strong analytical acumen and attention to detailKeys to Success in this Role:Passion for process and modeling - you like to create order out of chaosComfort with leading partners through process design and discoveryDrive for execution and changeAbility to collaborate and build relationships across teams and divisionsDesire to enhance departmental and division performance through continuous improvement and best practices implementationCurrent Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
