Apply now and learn why there's #MoreAtFreddieMac!Our Impact:The Risk Measurement team within Enterprise Market, Liquidity Risk and Capital department is responsible for the quantitative analytics and oversight of capital frameworks, which includes both regulatory and internal capital frameworks at the enterprise level, among other roles and responsibilities.Your Impact:Bring governance and quantitative analytics expertise and:Quantitatively evaluate capital impact based on company strategyResearch and Prototype using quantitative analysis for new and alternative capital frameworks or treatmentsExecute and enhance governance framework on regulatory and internal capital reportingDevelop into a domain expert on industry regulation, best practice, regulatory capital calculations and internal capital models.Qualifications:MS degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data science, or a directly related quantitative field with at least 5 years of related post-graduate work experience.3+ years of experience working in analytical roles with mortgage loan level data.In-depth knowledge of GSE Single Family business and GSE capital framework is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience with quantitative method and predictive modeling, preferably in mortgage domain.Hands-on SAS, SQL or VBA programming skills and experience.Knowledge of risk governance framework and experience working with audit and regulators is a plus.Keys to Success in this Role:Work effectively with short deadlines; flexibility to switch projects depending upon evolving prioritiesStrong analytical/logical thinking and problem-solving skillsA self-starter with proven planning and communication skillsAbility to work with and collaborate across the teamsCurrent Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
