Targeting Officer - Military Intelligence

Job description

Our partner has multiple Targeting Officer positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination and be willing to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:

* Guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative.
* Incorporate highly complex and specialized multi-INT information and communicate regularly with a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings.
* Identify gaps in information and take pro-active steps to address those gaps.

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree (substitute 4 years equivalent formal military training or work experience in lieu of degree)
* 4-8 years of full-time professional experience.
* Previous intelligence experience is preferred, but not required.
* Past experience as Special Forces, Army Ranger, Navy Seal, or military aviator preferred

* Comfortable and familiar with drafting and disseminating written RFIs.
* Confidently and clearly deliver concise briefings
