The Retail Store Associate role is key to the everyday success within the store. Our team members are the face of our company within our stores as they provide outstanding and excellent customer service experience. The following are some of the main tasks that can be expected of the Retail Associate:

  • Operating cash register to ensure accurate and timely checkout.
  • Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store by the following set guidelines
  • Provide customers with excellent service and clear knowledge of product placement and daily promotions
  • Maintain and monitor sections of sales floor through merchandising and recycling guidelines.


Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including having an approachable and friendly manner
  • Must be able to work in a rotating flexible schedule
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to cross-train in different roles
  • Ability to follow directions or take initiative as the situation requires.
