We are currently looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and results-oriented mid-level Business Analyst with a background government finance/accounting to join our team.? Currently a remote role, this role will offer telecommuting opportunities post-pandemic.

Supporting the Chief Financial Officer's (OCFO) office within Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), this position is a full-time position with Changeis requiring a public trust security clearance issued by DHS. Flexibility exists in determining an in-office telework/remote work schedule based in SW DC (metro-accessible). This role will provide support delivering quality consultation services to support ICE OCFO's Financial Systems Program Management.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, IT, or Computer Sciences
  • 5 years experience working in government accounting or finance
  • 4 years of financial audit support experience
  • 2 years of IT audit experience
  • Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulation (FTR). This qualification is applicable to all PWS Sections related to implementing, operating and maintaining electronic travel systems
  • Strong interpersonal abilities including strong demonstrated oral and written communication
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Power Point, Word, and Microsoft Excel
