Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking IT Technician/Engineers to join a Defense program on a nationwide IT systems migration. The IT Technician/Engineer will be working at a US Military Base(s) in one of the following states: North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, California, Colorado

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP-SECRET OR TS/SCI

MUST BE OK WITH TRAVELING UP TO 75%

Responsibilities of the IT Engineer include:

• Provide IT technical support in installing, uninstalling, reimaging, and troubleshooting various hardware network devices

• Serve as a point of contact for Government IT service providers and manage the life cycle of incidents, problems, and service requests including fulfillment, verification, and closure

• Troubleshoot, prioritize, research, and document all user problems accurately within tickets and escalate to the proper tier team if unable to resolve an issue

• Track, stage, configure, deploy, and install Microsoft technologies

Qualifications for the IT Engineer include:

• 0-3+ years of IT experience in a DOD/Military or Intel environment

• Experience using a ticketing system to log, monitor, document, and close technical support tickets

• Must have an Active Top-Secret or an Active TS/SCI

• Must be open to traveling

Compensation for the IT Engineer include:

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

• Daily Per Diem: $50-$70 per every day (untaxed), in addition to your base salary **the exact amount of Daily Per Diem payments vary, depending on the state that you travel to**

• Travel Accommodations: All travel costs such as flight, hotel, mileage/gas, transportation, etc. will be pre-arranged and fully-paid by the company.
