Responsibilities:
SRI Education, a division of SRI International, conducts research, provides technical assistance, and develops tools and assessments to promote improved and equitable outcomes for children.

We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on a variety of proposals for federal, state, foundation, and commercial clients. We seek a motivated person with excellent organization and communication skills to coordinate proposals and support our fast-paced workflow.

Job responsibilities include:

Manage scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of individual proposals and the division's proposal board

Analyze and fully understand stated requirements of the Request for Proposal (RFPs)Distribute RFP and associated materials and communicate updates, amendments, and modifications across the proposal team

Monitor progress of proposals and communicate issues as needed

Format proposals to specific requirements requested in the RFP

Build and maintain division proposal development resources (qualifications packages, resumes, project descriptions) and archives on SharePoint

Promote consistency and use of best practices in proposal development within the division

Assist in managing opportunity and pipeline database management, compliance procedures and administrative support

Grow professionally and develop new skills through ongoing project embedded mentorship and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or a related field

1+ years of experience with proposal preparation and production

Strong attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion both in research and in the workplace

Willingness to work the occasional night and/or weekend to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Experience with SharePoint and/or Salesforce a plus

For Colorado residents, the salary range is: $34,680 - $57,435. Salary ranges for this role will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles.
