Responsibilities Include:

· Draft and distribute social media content across platforms

· Optimize the content for results and reporting

· Work with internal and external client teams to create channel strategy

· Develop content for blog posts, websites, etc.

· Collaborating with our accounts team and graphic designer to produce viral campaigns

· Proof-reading other team members' work and ensuring content is 100% error-free

· Familiarity with and ability to effectively make use of the full range of digital content, including videos, GIFS, photos, blog posts, email content and tweets

This job may be for you if you:

· Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience with digital communications, digital marketing, PR

· Have agency/professional services experience, or experience working with clients

· Have top-notch written and oral communications skills

· Have a design esthetic that produces appealing, unique viral designs

· Have the ability to partner with the account manager to ensure designs are on-track and promote a compelling, campaign-appropriate message

· Have a proven track record drafting creative and effective content for digital channels

· Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects

· Have a meticulous attention to detail

· Have a strong understanding of the major social networking sites

· Are passionate about making a difference in a mission-driven industry

· Enjoy delivering exceptional results for high profile clients

· Able to work in-person in Arlington, VA (hybrid now)

· Will fully vaccinated (2 weeks past 2nd dose) by start date
