The Intelligence Group (IG) of Leidos has a career opportunity for a talented Quality Assurance Manager to support our Portfolio of programs in Chantilly, VA or Aurora, CO. This position serves as the member of a team with the responsibility to ensure the highest quality service is provided to the customer through the performance of regularly scheduled internal process audits, the monitoring of performance measures and the consistent facilitation of structured improvement activities. The successful candidate will possess high energy, have a passion for quality, and be self-motivated. The environment demands the ability to quickly establish working relationships with coworkers/customers and be able to manage the difference between customer defined quality standards vice Leidos defined quality standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage program instantiation of the Quality Management System
Perform continuous product and process improvement activities
Deploy and implement appropriate QMS processes vis-à-vis customer defined quality standards and processes
Implement audit practices for internal processes and products
Ensure adherence to all customer quality standards, Leidos policies, and best practices
Support the development of performance metrics
Track, analyze and report to program management on trends found in the performance metrics
Provide the program managers with timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives
Report to management on Quality Achievement and act as liaison for enterprise quality initiatives for the program(s).
Review and submit contract deliverables
Other duties as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with IT Service Management Projects
BA degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 5-7 years of prior relevant Quality Management experience.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt or Better
Experience auditing to external quality standards such as ISO9001/ISO20000
Experience managing and developing performance metrics
Understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation training or equivalent)
Ability to multi-task, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project)
Ability to support limited domestic travel

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,750.00 - $135,000.00 - $182,250.00
