Description Robert Half currently has an open position for a determined Property Manager who is deeply passionate about growing their career. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Property Manager position. Do you have experience with coordinating maintenance and repairs ? Then we have the Property Manager position for you. This Property Manager role is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity and is located in the Chesapeake, Virginia area.

Your responsibilities in this role

Coordinate all maintenance and repair issues for stores in assigned states. Respond/manage building emergencies- fires, floods, power outages, weather related hazards or alerts, liquid spills, plumbing issues or incident clean up. Handling routine inquiries on basic facility needs; fielding phone calls/emails for maintenance requests. Requirements - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Outlook

- Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

- Strong familiarity with Creative Problem Solving

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word

- General familiarity with Answering Inquiries

- Earlier work involving Call Center Customer Service

- Inbound Call Center experience highly valued

- Background working with Property Management

- Communication Skills experience

- Good understanding of High Volume Call Center

- Facilities Coordinator experience highly preferred

- Previous experience working with Fast Paced Call Center

- Knowledge of Interpersonal Communication

- Microsoft Outlook experience highly desired

- Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

- Internet research skills
