TYPICAL SCHEDULED HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 3:30 PM TO CLOSE AND VARIED HOURS ON SATURDAY AND/OR SUNDAY.

The Receptionist is responsible to receive customers with a sincere greeting and warm smile. Within seconds, the Receptionist will provide a pleasant and welcoming first impression for our valued clientele. Understanding that the customers' need to obtain automotive service/repair (along with associated costs) is a reluctant purchase, the Receptionist takes strides to engage the customer in a positive and reassuring manner. Acting as the front line point-of-contact for the Service Department, the Receptionist sets the tone by being an outstanding listener. He/She documents the problem(s), recounts it to the customer, and then sets expectations in terms of the cost and delivery time line. The ideal Receptionist has a working knowledge of the automotive industry, an aptitude and interest in automotive repair, strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
