Northrop Grumman is looking for a Manager 2, International Business Management in support of Space Systems Sector Tactical Space Systems (TSSD) Division. The position will be located in Dulles, Virginia. This position will report to the ISR OU Business Manager, and will have the primary financial and proposal oversight of the business unit's international business ventures. The position will focus on proposal management, coordinating on income statement, investments, new business plans, business cases, and budget management.
Financial (Awards, Sales, OM, Cash) planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting in accordance with company policy, GAAP and SOX requirements
Strategic Planning - Partnership with the Program Manager and Functional leadership for the development of the Annual Operating Plan
Financial management and cost control functions for program
Cost proposal support and proposal price analysis / strategy development
Public company audit support to both Internal and External/3rd party auditors
Intercompany program execution coordination and synergy optimization
Interdisciplinary coordination in support of program and department execution requirements
On-boarding, motivation, development, and supervision of a competent professional staff
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in financial planning/reporting, strategic planning, cost proposals, project execution/management, and/or budget controls and analysis
2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong understanding of government contracting and regulations, to include FAR and CAS.
Experience with standard business systems (Costpoint/SAP, Cognos, Cobra/MPM, MS Excel).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience leading the business management activities for international proposals
Salary Range: 116200 - 174200
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
