Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Capture Management Manager 3 within the Tactical Space Systems Division. The selected individual will be supporting all operational activities that enable the team to meet the needs of the division priority wins. This individual will also lead capture-related activities for opportunities across a wide customer base, including the NASA, major telecom providers, and Defense and Intelligence communities.
The successful candidate will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman's functional organizations including the division leadership team and other industry and government partners. This position will require up to 25%-50% travel based on their primary office location. You may be based in one of the following locations:
Dulles, VA
Redondo Beach, CA
Gilbert, AZ

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience in business development, capture, management, proposal management, program management. 4 additional years of relevant business development, program, or technical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience leading competitive captures.
Knowledge and experience with civil and commercial space opportunities.
Knowledge of customer acquisition processes.
Ability to obtain a security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
Proven experience with civil and commercial capture and/or business development.
Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams.
Experience in program planning, budget development and execution, workforce planning, risk management, and the implementation of project processes and controls.
Current user and acquisition customer relationships.
Current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
Salary Range: 143412 - 249100
