JustinBradley's client is a boutique wealth management firm whose financial planning expertise and tailored approach in meeting the unique needs of their clients has resulted in steady growth and community recognition. With a launch of a new business, focused on comprehensive planning to families facing long term care decisions, the team is excited to add an Associate Advisor to the team.


Playing a key role in continuing the practice's growth, the Associate Advisor will service clients and provide operational and administrative support the Senior Practice Partner and other Lead Financial Advisors. This Associate will gain knowledge of the firm's policies, procedures, and technologies to address needs and resolve concerns of clients, both preexisting and prospective. This Associate will also perform administrative duties to support and drive firm initiatives and maintain risk awareness.



Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Business Development Support:

  • Support the development and execution of team marketing strategy/projects;
  • Maintain sensitive client information within contact management systems;
  • Assist in the preparing of investment proposals, client reports, and other materials;


Relationship Management Support:

  • Facilitate, manage and process account service requests while ensuring appropriate documentation is received including relationship agreements, accounts, contracts, etc.;
  • Assist clients with SEIA or custodian account services and capabilities;
  • Onboard new clients, such as setting up new accounts, accessing custodian and firm portals;
  • Use CRM to schedule client meetings and calls;
  • Review and address communication from firm and custodian as needed;


Highlighted Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of wealth management or financial planning experience
  • Series 7 and 63; CFP preferred
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Commitment to professional development
