Centre Law & Consulting is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the marketing team with the development, implementation, and execution of cross-platform marketing programs for the organization. This includes, but is not limited to email, content, social media, trade shows, and other forms of advertising. Ideal candidate will possess strong project and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Email, Social Media, & Content Marketing:

  • Plan, write, edit email copy and graphics for email communications supporting legal, consulting, and training services
  • Marketing Automation through the use of HubSpot for lead generation and lead nurturing programs.
  • Manage the practice's social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Create shareable content to inform our audience about latest industry trends, company news, our services, etc.
  • Manage all content creation i.e., blog calendar, free webinars and other resources like videos, brochures, one-sheets etc., to be used in lead nurturing


HubSpot:

  • Utilize the platform for Marketing Automation included, but not limited to, email, forms, onsite chat, etc.
  • Work with department team members to track all leads through integrated reporting
  • Use HubSpot to identify the effectiveness and impact of all marketing initiatives and adjust to optimize accordingly; ensure the marketing budget is allocated appropriately


Website Management:

  • Continuously evaluate the design and functionality of website and make thoughtful and significant recommendations for improvement
  • Use WordPress to maintain and update content-related web pages, like the blog, the homepage, slider, employee profiles, event pages, etc.


Marketing Collateral:

  • Support the creation of marketing content like promotional flyers, brochures, banners, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience; previous experience working for a law firm is a plus. Experience using marketing programs like HubSpot (preferred) and WordPress desired
  • Experience using Adobe Suite products (Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
  • Event planning support experience is a plus
