To continue this mission and enable our further growth, we are now looking for Recruiters to join us and be responsible for bringing on board talented individuals, who shall revolutionize the last mile logistics industry and therefore enable a more sustainable future for all of us.

As an integral part of our HR team reporting to the HR Manager of the US, you will draw upon your knowledge and experience to advise us on recruitment & talent acquisition while leading process improvements for a growing high-tech delivery company committed to quality and continuous improvement. This role is part of our US HR team, located anywhere in the US, preferably Central or Eastern Time Zone.

In this role, you will get to:

• Own full crecruitment procesfor non-technical and technical roles from start to finishincluding creation of job description, job posting, sourcing, selection, offer negotiation and initiating the onboarding process
• Be responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria through Starship's Recruitment Profile
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, internet and social media recruiting, internal databases and innovative research tactics while representing and promoting the Starship brand
• Maintain an innovative approach with social media and builds strong supporting networks to communicate specialized job vacancies into right niches present in online media
• Figure out the best way to assess the talent to make sure they are the unicorn we are looking for!
• Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, leads, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Attends, travels and participates in college job fairs and recruiting events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• At least 2 years managing full cycle recruitment in various industries (last mile delivery, hospitality, seasonal retail and/or light industrial background) across all level of work preferred

• Successful track record of finding important online niches to increase the probability of hiring key job positions using social media recruitment
• Effective coping mechanisms with change in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in college campus recruitment and knowledge in student campus life is a plus!
