House Buyers of America is looking for a Senior Recruiter / Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR. This position is based out of our Chantilly, VA Headquarters but has flexibility to work from home 2 days a week!

What you will do:

• Manage all aspects of human resources including but not limited to recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance reviews, policies and procedures, internal communication, EEO enforcement, and employee morale
• Enforce HR policies and ensure employment manual is up to date
• Create extensive training programs for all departments for both new hires and employee development
• Organize team events such as lunches and happy hours in addition to ordering drinks, snacks and office supplies for our HQ
• Develop succession plans for all positions
• Foster a positive team environment
• Manage a relationship with our IT vendor and ensure all employees have the technology needed to excel in their jobs
• Develop and implement an annual review process that incorporates 360 degree feedback
• Develop strategic plans and an HR Strategy to continue operating a lean flat organization

About You:

• You have 5+ years of experience in HR Management and recruiting (2+ years as a manager)
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
• You are hands on in developing and implementing company HR strategies
• You have excellent communication and computer skills (a positive if you have used Bamboo HR)
• You thrive on working in a fast paced environment
