Job description
Position Summary:
MAG Aerospace is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a diverse, energetic and motivated recruiting team. The Senior Recruiter will establish strong relationships with internal and external partners to understand hiring needs to be successful in full-lifecycle recruitment. Excellent communications skills to go along with a solid foundation of sourcing and the ability to work in a fast past environment are a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
Perform full-lifecycle recruiting of cleared and un-cleared talent.
Utilize iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to attract, engage, and hire candidates.
Coordinate and confirm interview schedules, agendas, directions, new-hire instructions, and onboarding.
Perform salary negotiations and close offers.
Source talent by utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and other methods.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System with accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates and requisitions.
Proposal support working directly with Business Development.
Perform in-depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn).
Building positive relationships with Hiring Managers and internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
The position is contingent upon candidate's ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; thereby, in accordance with Federal Requirements, medical requirements include but are not limited to full COVID-19 vaccination status by 4 January 2022, except in limited circumstances where a candidate is legally entitled to an accommodation - proof of vaccination is required.
Minimum Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
5+ years of experience in DoD full-lifecycle technical recruiting
Experience with intake calls, sourcing, maintaining a positive customer experience/engagement, conflict management, and creative out-of-the-box thinking
Proven ability to build relationships and engage all stakeholders to arrive at optimal outcomes
Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge in the use and sourcing on Job Boards and Social Media platforms
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desired Requirements:
Proficient with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
DoD Secret Clearance
