Strata Business Analyst
Position Description
The Strata Business Analyst will be responsible for working directly with clients to define the functional requirements associated with a Strata implementation, upgrade, and/or consulting engagement. An analyst will work with the client's Risk Management and/or Decision Analytics personnel to define/refine business treatment strategies and overall Decisioning software requirements in order to understand how the client's account base will be handled within Strata.
CGI is looking for enthusiastic, analytical, candidates with an understanding of Strata and the functionality available within the application and how it can be implemented to meet the business requirements. In addition to the design and definition phases of a Strata project, the functional business analyst will likely be heavily involved with the testing phases of a project, defining test scenarios and validating test results. Business analysts are generally also heavily involved in the generation of user documentation and training. 3-5 years of prior hands-on experience with Strata required or other Decision Engine ( e.g. Blaze, Triad, ODM). Candidates with no Decision Engine experience will not be considered for these roles.
Candidates must have very strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment (e.g., work well with Strata technical team), at least 5 years of prior business analyst experience and the ability to work with and guide users in a functional design capacity. Must be willing to travel approximately 80%. Home base location is flexible but should be in proximity to a CGI office.
Your future duties and responsibilities

Strata - 3 - 5 years experience
Decision Analytics - 3 - 5 years experience
Business Analyst - 3 - 5 years experience
Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84,000-$115,000*
