We are a boutique private Montessori school, dedicated to providing our students with an exceptional early childhood education. The Falls Church Montessori school has been a part of Arlington/Falls Church since 1983. We strive to develop deep, and long lasting relationships and connections with our students, families, and teachers. Our programs are specifically tailored for students 12 months thru 7 years. We are intently focused on taking a low-volume, super long-term oriented approach, in all that we do.

Falls Church Montessori, a fully accredited school, would like to expand its faculty. Join one of the metro area's most established Montessori school programs, and work in an updated facility. Qualified applicants can apply their past experience working with pre-school aged children, to serve as a starting point for learning the Montessori system. Falls Church Montessori offers sponsored training and continuing education to further the improvement and education of its staff.

Qualified applicants should demonstrate a combination of education and personal temperament suited to working with pre-school aged children.

Positions available:

Assistant Teacher (Ages 1-3, and 3-6)
Lead Teacher (Ages 1-3, and 3-6)

Compensation:
Compensation depends on qualifications, with a range of $14-25/hr.

Opportunity for PTO, vacation, and holiday pay are also available.

Tuition reimbursement available.
