Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with process owners and other stakeholders to manage requirements and product features to align business needs with product and time capabilities. This will include workshops, wire-framing, and/or mockup presentations.
Create requirement documentation using ServiceNow best practices including user stories, acceptance criteria, personas and other artifacts.
Production and execution of test scripts, use of ServiceNow ATF tools for functional testing or user acceptance testing.
Participate in technical review sessions, assist in backlog grooming, sprints, scrum sessions and other priorities.
Assist in preliminary research and assessment to align technical solutions with business initiatives, goals or needs.
Participate in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis.
Assist Applications Engineer and Applications Programmer to interpret software requirements and design

Job Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in Information Technology

Other Requirements:

Must have active interim Secret clearance or above
Must be able to travel at least 25%

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to type
