Provide ECL Finance Manager with timely, relevant and accurate reports and actionable measures/ recommendations on business unit level P&L and study budgets.

Ensure all clinical projects are regularly audited on accurate and complete pricing and billing for services to maximize revenue recognition.

Key Accountabilities

* Perform monthly reconciliations between billing and actual activity to ensure accurate and complete revenue recognition per business unit. Provide accruals in case of mismatches between activity and billing and propose and implement corrective measures to ensure future completeness.
* Audit new and existing studies for the accurate and complete pricing and billing of services and take adequate measure to maximize efficient collection of revenues for all studies.
* Analyze and resolve financial information such that figures have been interpreted logically, the cause of the problem has been investigated, and a proactive search has been made to identify areas for standardization and modification of the work process.
* Assist with monthly invoice generation and calculate customer volume discounts.
* Perform any ad hoc financial analysis or reports as requested by the Finance Manager
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate employee is a self-motivator who takes a proactive approach to work functions.

2+ years of relevant work experience with a background/degree in business, finance, or accounting.
