Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and updating technical and functional requirements for projects and initiatives. The candidate will facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and Product Owners to identify system needs and translate those needs into Features and PBI's within DevOps for discussion with technical SMEs and for future sprint planning. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying business and system requirements and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. The individual will be responsible for coordinating with Technical SMEs to provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and ensure those solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.

Other responsibilities include documenting, prioritizing, and managing requirements from multiple stakeholders along with leading the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization, concept development, and user story writing to support development and deployment as a business analyst subject matter expert.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience gathering requirements and developing technical and/or functional specifications
• 3 years' experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to decompose and document concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, user stories, business rules, and construct workflow diagram
• Experience in domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities to achieve goals
• Experience interfacing with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases.
• SECRET security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps, JIRA, TFS, or a similar Agile management tool
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, related field a plus
