Responsibilities: IOMAXIS is seeking a highly motivated* Talent Sourcer / Recruite*r to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will serve as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Business Partner to Program teams developing and putting into execution successful talent acquisition strategies to supplement continuous business and talent growth. A diverse partner and out-of-the-box thinker, the Senior Recruiter is expected to hit the ground running applying technical expertise to provide comprehensive staffing support and solutions to operations, corporate and proposal efforts. This position is full time and located in Lorton, VA with availability for telecommuting.

What you will be doing involves:
Critical Cyber talent recruitment
Developing strategies to identify and deliver talent and fulfill Program hiring needs
Talent sourcing and recruitment analysis
Strategic sourcing
Campaigns and outreach to diverse talent communities

Qualifications: Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum Qualifications: *

• 10 or more years recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years in strategic sourcing capacity
• Depth of experience in enterprise sourcing support for a spectrum of positions, skill sets, and levels (with emphasis on cyber security and engineering)
• Must be adept to working in an agile environment, with proven flexibilty to respond to shifting staffing priorities and mission needs.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent consulting skills
• Strong project management skills
• Proven and successful recruiting experience with cleared community
• Full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Analytics and Metrics development and assessment
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proven and successful recruiting within Intelligence community
• Experience working with diverse recruiting tools and systems (ATS, sourcing, recruitment marketing, traditional sales techniques, etc.)
• Recruiting project work
• Diversity sourcing specialization is a plus
