Job description

Randolph College has a full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant to the Associate Provost. This challenging and demanding position requires an energetic and well-organized individual who has good oral/written communication skills, an aptitude for numbers, and the ability to handle a high degree of confidential material. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, scheduling appointments, reconciling expense accounts, and other administrative/receptionist tasks. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications and comfortable with mastering other software as needed. Three to five years administrative experience and some college preferred.
