We are Charles Tyrwhitt, and we are in the business of making it easy for everyone to dress well! Our amazing shop in Tysons Corner Mall is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to support with daily duties, customer service, and much more! Some Key Responsibilities Include:
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and be passionate about increasing customer loyalty. You'll be the touchpoint for each and every customer, whether that is welcoming them into our store, tailoring, advising customers on our products, wrapping their products with care; every step is important. Please note this is NOT a remote position, Employees are expected to be able to commute to and from the shop, scheduled for retail working hours.
What We are Looking For:
We are looking for a confident Sales Associate who can connect with our customers, deliver excellence in customer experience and offer advice on trends. Previous retail experience in a customer-focused brand is advantageous for this role. Your personality and enthusiasm, combined with your experience will make you a person who is fun to work with, taking pride in appearance, and always with a driven, can-do attitude. Full training is provided to help you understand our brand, product, and how to make it easy for EVERYONE to dress well!
