Job description

As an Associate in our store, you will provide great customer service to our guests on a daily basis. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers by providing friendly service like answering questions, suggesting products, and processing payments and refunds. You'll maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon their arrival
• Assist customers in making selections
• Answer customer questions
• Promote sales and special offers to our customers
• Assist customers at check out
• Work as a team with other sales associates to ensure the success of the store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good understanding of the retail sales process
• Good Understanding of company software and systems
• Have familiarity with consumer behavior
• Perform a variety of store functions like POS, Merchandise Stocking, and housekeeping

Requirements

• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, lift and carry merchandise
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to help out in other areas of the store, where and when needed.
