JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for the financial and operating results of {company} branches and on-sites. The successful Recruiting Manager leads a team of staffing professionals in recruitment, order management, and exceptional customer service. The focus of the Recruiting Manager role is the profitable management of the territory through team supervision and direction, client relations, and existing client growth.

Job Requirements:
- h KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge of recruitment and staffing management or staffing industry.
2. Knowledge of or ability to learn all organization policies and procedures, products and services.
3. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulation and statutes.
4. Skill in leadership and management, including delegation, teambuilding, and performance.
5. Skill in sales, including objection management and closing.
6. Skill in problem solving.
7. Ability to be flexible and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations (including basic concepts of add, subtract, multiply, and divide; and intermediate concepts of decimals, percentages, fractions, algebraic equations); analyze, interpret and prepare statistical data.
9. Ability to interpret and analyze financial data, and translate that data into information utilize to lead and grow the territory
10. Ability to effectively use professional oral and written communication skills.
11. Ability to use PC, computer applications (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office products), and general office equipment.
12. Ability to reason logically (use common sense), comprehend, and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent GED; Bachelors Degree preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years leadership/managerial experience in the staffing industry, preferably commercial.
