CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our MFOM program, located in Norfolk, VA. The position has a 3/2 hybrid schedule, with 3 days/week onsite, and 2 days/week remote-home.

Responsibilities:

* Position is focused on technical skills in the area of system monitoring, reporting, analysis, and server performance as well as troubleshooting simple and complex application issues

* Review and analyze program output, observes functionality and logic errors during program test, production and when required use diagnostic software to detect errors

* Work within in the confines of the program structure to evaluate production issues, user requests for new or modified program to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities

* Assist analysts, testers, and less experienced developers in understanding the system operations both existing and new.
* Reproduces user actions to locate source of problem and provides recommendations on resolution options
* Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced programmer/analysts
* Oversee verification of hardware and software for development, test and production environments.

Requirements:

* US citizenship with active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain

* Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a two years of related experience

* Familiarization with phases of software life cycle design and development

* Demonstrated experience in interpreting user defined requirements

* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Must be able to calmly support a dynamic environment with multiple high priority tasks concurrently

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Experience in maintaining Navy Fleet Maintenance systems desired
