This role is part of a broader HR leadership team charged with designing and executing a human capital strategy that is driving the broader CACI business objectives.
We are searching for a talented and innovative Human Resources Director to support the Enterprise IT Market within our Business and Information Technology Solutions Sector. Our Sector delivers solutions that are modernizing and enabling government agencies' operations. The Enterprise IT Market designs, implements, secures, and sustains information technology infrastructure to optimize efficiency, enhance performance, and ensure end-user satisfaction. In this key position, you will report directly to the SVP, Human Resources and lead a team of three HR professionals to support the needs of the Leaders in this nearly $1B 2,000+ person market. What You'll Get to Do:
* Partner and collaborate with your respective leaders to help proactively drive the employee experience and make sound business decisions.
* Facilitate implementation of enterprise initiatives and be part of various teams who are developing solutions to modernize and streamline how we do things.
* Inform leaders with comprehensive solutions via the review and interpretation of HR data and people metrics. Identify business or process improvement opportunities and understand trends.
* Bring resolution to complex and sensitive in nature employee matters by applying relevant laws, policies, and past practice to mitigate risk for the company.
* Partner with the broader HR team, share your best practices, and work to make meaningful improvements to the broader business.
* Work collaboratively with our the HR COEs to develop solutions to support the business needs.
* Build proactive solutions that help drive the business and make CACI a great place to work.
* Work closely with your HR team to provide meaningful learning opportunities and help provide a pathway for their continued growth and development.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 10+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 2 years experience leading a team of HR Generalists.
* 3+ years in a leadership capacity supporting an employee base of 1,000 or more.
* Strong track record of partnering with managers up through and including VP/SVP level leadership, with a reputation of being proactive, collaborative and solutions oriented.
* Experience in a government contracting environment; strong understanding of government contracting rules and regulations and how they affect employees, employee programs and practices.
* Broad knowledge of HR, to include Organization Development, Employee Relations, and Data Analytics.
* Intellectual curiosity-a desire to look for creative solutions, stretch your own skill set, and find better ways of doing things.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex issues in a clear and succinct manner.
* Exceptional mentor to more junior or new team members.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience with Workday HCM.
* Professional certifications/designations such as PHR, SPHR or CCP.
