What You'll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for a Lead SAP ERP Technical Trainerto perform instructional design tasks and instructor led classroom training for a federal civilian agency who deployed an SAP ERP financial system.
You may work remotely in this position.
More About the Role:
- Develop and provide technical and end-user training
- Create uPerform documents and courses
- Develop and refine Computer Based Training (CBT) modules
- Assist SMEs with developing Training sessions - providing technical input and on occasion, leading sessions
- Develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training material to support training
- Assist SMEs in the delivering of training webinars/briefings, and question and answer sessions
- Seed/load and test SAP course training data
- Direct communication with the customer
- Collaboration with government lead on training schedule and workload.
- This role will have direct reports
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- 6+ years of training experience and/or enterprise communications
- Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Leadership experience
- Ability to develop Computer Based Training modules
- SAP Instructor Led Training (ILT) design and delivery experience including creating and maintaining Work Step Instructions and simulations.
- UPerform experience including Admin support
- ADDIE Instructional Design methodology experience
- Experience with Camtasia and Captivate
- Ability to develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training materials
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or under only general direction
- Experience in SAP Core Financials and Property focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales and Distribution
- Strong facilitation/oral presentation skills
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Ability to provide complex systems training in a classroom setting
- Capable of working independently with little direction on time-sensitive projects
- Knowledge of adult learning styles and ability to address them using a variety of training methods, including eLearning
- Ability to break down functional content and teach to different learning styles

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
