Job description
We are responsible for working with various business groups to provide a reliable, responsive, and comprehensive future of work strategy to enhance our employees' experience, satisfaction, and increase efficiency. You will provide leadership, direction, and program management for select programs - working with internal customers, outsourced partners, and leadership to identify issues, enable process improvements, establish controls and measurements, and oversees programs and projects. You will help drive strategy, collaboration, and connection cross-functionally to operationalize the strategy into action.
At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. * 3-5 years proven experience managing and implementing medium to large programs.
* Experience working with outsourced partnerships and vendor management.
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
* Ability to interact with and present to senior management and peers in across multiple departments.
* Strong organizational and program management skills.
* Quantitative analysis skills and experience managing project or team budgets.
* Real estate experience preferred

* Work collaboratively to ensure the effective development and delivery of pragmatic and timely Real Estate and Facilities programs and services, including business case presentations, communication plans, and other change management processes.
* Maintain critical programs and systems and ensure quality delivery of desired outcomes.
* Work with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences.
* Partner with outsourced vendors to deliver consistent, timely, and high quality support
* Seek out opportunities for increased process efficiencies and operational improvement.
* Monitor and synthesize a variety of metrics and industry news, and communicate analysis and insights to a wide range of audiences.
* Develop credible knowledge of business including financial drivers, market strategy, and strategic drivers. Proactively provide appropriate real estate solutions based on business goals by becoming a trusted partner of the business.
