To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams| analyze and document business requirements| suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.
• Healthcare Business Analyst translates business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed, high quality requirements and/or supplemental specifications for new applications or analyzes change requests/enhancements in existing applications.
• Analyzes data to determine business problems.
• Handles information including patient services and how the services are paid after conducting investigations and pursuing recoveries through contact with various parties.
• Works collaboratively within or outside the team to identify charge system weakness, to recommend changes and focused education.
Primary Skills
• Medicare enrollment Parts C & D experience
• Medicare Enrollment- Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drugs (MAPD)
• Business Analysis - Experience of System Analysis, Documentation and Requirements Gathering for at least 5 years

Required Experience
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance Enrollment and Membership Services environment, with government sponsored program experience (Medicare) for at least 3 years
• BA with Medicare enrollment Parts C & D experience for at least 3 years.
• Solid history and experience of System Analysis, Documentation and Requirements Gathering for at least 5 years
• Strong Business Process Analysis and Design Skills for at least 5 years

Required Skills:
• SQL
• Jira
• Gathering and Writing Business Requirements into Jira.
• Prioritizing the work with the Enrollment Scrum team
• Writing and executing Test Cases
• Working with Cross Functional Teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare data formats, standards, (1.) To coordinate project management related activities (2.) To design and develop new tools as per the client's requirements andor customize the existing tools (3.) To mentor and coach assigned developers (4.) To prepare capability presentations, assessments, proposal preparation (5.) To prepare technical design and architect design
