Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidatesresumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting tools/methods
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Here's what we're looking for:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Hands on experience with recruiting software, HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
