+ Job DescriptionFerguson is the largest wholesale distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies and pipe, valves and fittings in the U.S. The company is also a major distributor of HVAC equipment, fire protection systems, waterworks and industrial products and services. Ferguson and its subsidiaries serve customers in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Caribbean.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Coordinator.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship


+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor


+ Effectively communicate appointment policy


+ Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders


+ Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages


+ Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections


**Qualifications:**


+ Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.


+ Experience in sales and customer service


+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills: an excellent listener


+ Basic knowledge of the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook


+ Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.


+ Analytical thinking and an eye for business
