6+ Month Contract (possible extension, possible temp to perm, not guaranteed)
Hybrid of onsite and remote work

Experience Level: Must have a minimum of 5+ Years in Recruiting or Sourcing.

Client's Energy's Talent Acquisition (TA) is a team which leads the effort to recruit top talent with a keen focus on diversity. Our team is actively seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists who will support the company's effort to identify, contact, recruit, and onboard top talent across the company's sixteen state footprint. Each specialist will focus on either the management of open job requisitions (Recruiting) or to the proactive acquisition of new Candidates (Sourcing). However, a deep understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle is essential to their success.

TA's Recruiting team is focused on the overall management of the recruiting lifecycle for active, posted positions at Client Energy. The effective management of details will be essential during the posting of new openings, the review of Applicants, the selection of Candidates, and the onboarding of new Hires. The Recruiter role also involves the effective management of relationships with various stakeholders including Hiring Leaders, Candidates, Sourcing Specialists, and HR Business Partners.

TA's Sourcing team is focused on the external promotion of Client Energy's career opportunities and the acquisition of specific Candidates for niche roles. Sourcing leverages a variety of databases and web-based tool to build prospect pipelines for both immediate openings and our long-term talent needs. The Sourcing Specialist's success will depend upon their ability to establish productive relationships with multiple stakeholders including Hiring Leaders, Prospects, Candidates, Recruiters, and HR Business Partners. Effective communications, active listening, and responsiveness will be essential elements to maintaining these partnerships.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience.

To be qualified for the Talent Acquisition Specialist roles, one must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Five (5) or more years of work experience directly related to the field of talent recruiting and/or sourcing.

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office products, resume databases, and social media

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage relationships in a positive and productive manner

• Proven ability to capture and organize data

• Proven ability to persistently drive marketing campaigns.

A Preferred Candidate will also possess:

• Recruiting experience with large, complex organizations

• Prior work experience with a contingent or retained third-party search firm

• High energy and the ability to promote an employer brand in a positive and professional manner.

The company is actively seeking Client States military veterans and service members who meet the position qualifications.

  • Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-***, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above.
