Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful Technical Recruiter. Our clients are some of the world's leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. This position can be based in our Richmond, VA or Washington, DC office. The Technical Recruiter is responsible for recruiting candidates for public and private sector roles focusing on leading technologies (e.g., Web Application Development, AWS, Azure), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g., SAP, Oracle), COTS products (e.g., Pega, Salesforce), DevOps, Agile, Scaled Agile, and other roles around digital transformation services and support. The goal is to effectively place the highest quality technical and functional candidates supporting our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Technical Recruiter should have strong interpersonal and communication skills in person, over the phone, and through internet applications. You must be personable, a team player, well-organized, self-directed, and comfortably interface with colleagues, clients, and consultants at all levels. SAP, Agile, IT and Government Recruitment experience is highly preferred. Other duties may include but are not limited to the following:

* Work with hiring managers and operations team to document requirements of technical job openings as required for open requisitions

* Manage multiple talent acquisition technology platforms (ZohoRecruit, LinkedIn, Dice, Clearance Jobs, DocuSign, etc.); provide feedback on all sourcing tools, methods, and processes

* Source potential candidates through web sourcing, social networking, job board databases, referrals, and cold calling

* Promote the company brand image to candidates and external service providers

* Source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates on multiple platforms

* Pre-screen resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools

* Document candidate evaluation and interview process

* Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers and negotiates offers of employment with candidates

* Understand US government security clearance guidelines

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

* 1-5+ years of corporate or agency full life cycle recruiting experience supporting a technical skill set in the cleared government space (DoD, Intel, or Cyber)

* Experience within the cleared government contracting environment focusing on highly cleared individuals (Public Trust, TS/SCI, CI, FSP)

* Must have active LinkedIn profile

* Strong sourcing capabilities leveraging Boolean searches, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, social media

* Excellent customer service skills

* Superb written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
