**Description:**
GRADE OPERATORS:
Seeking equipment operators to perform grading and pipe laying work on projects in Richmond They will be preparing the site for construction, grading the land to keep it level, performing roadway construction on the site, installing stormwater lines, installing erosion control systems, and laying pipes in the ground.
**Skills:**
Excavator, heavy equipment, scaper, fine grade dozer, rough grade dozer, rear dump
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
3+ recent years experience operating heavy equipment
Ability to work on caterpillar equipment
Any horizontal construction experience is greatly preferred.
Ability to occasionally work outside of the cab.

Heavy Equipment Types (Earth Moving): Bulldozer (Dozer), Excavator, Front End Loader, Backhoe (Back Hoe), Trackhoe (Track Hoe), Scraper, Rear Dump Truck, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, Crawler Loader, Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, Bobcat, Pan Scraper, Rubber Tire Loader
Paving Equipment: Pavement Equipment: Pavers, Compactors, Wheel Tractor Scrapers, Motor Graders, Road Reclaimers, Cold Planers
