Job description

Brillient Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst / Program Management Specialist to provide program and project support, manage program and project requirements, and manage and provide reports to stakeholders for the TSA client in Springfield, VA.

Job Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, and track program documentation and plans to meet Division objectives and goals.
  • Assist government in creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Implement knowledge about the following: acquisition program and business process management, and strategic planning.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and security vulnerabilities by performing risk analyses.
  • Develop internal controls and implement mitigation actions.
  • Work closely with users, stakeholders, and TSA Managers to streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business needs.
  • Serve as liaison for stakeholder engagement including deliverables.
  • Conducting or facilitating meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Plan, evaluate, organize, and lead project activities to achieve government milestones and goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide progress reporting to track program issues to include backend office and technology projects.
  • Conduct formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the delivery.
  • Assist the government with maintaining, updating, and preparing reports, project plans, and other analytical tools for management reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 years of directly related experience.
  • Prior experience working in a government contracting environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team member.
  • Experience supporting other Federal contracts.
  • Possess US Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain a Federal Government Public Trust Security clearance prior to start.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience working or supporting Federal Government projects.
  • Active TSA or DHS Public Trust clearance.
