We are seeking entry level Production Operators, night shift, to join our team at our Waynesboro, VA facility. We are specifically looking for individuals who have the desire, drive & initiative to learn. No prior experience necessary.

Schedule

Our night shift runs on a 2/2/3 schedule, meaning you work 2 days, are off 2 days & then work 3 days. On this schedule, you will have every other weekend off. You will work 12 hour schedules which begin at 5:45 PM & end at 6:00 AM. You must be willing to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities:
The Position

You will participate in new hire training during your first few weeks at Berry. During your training & beyond, you will be expected to:

Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE & following all safety regulations

Maintain a team effort attitude & team approach

Meet all required productivity standards

Complete required documentation

Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine

Make adjustments to machinery as needed

Suggest improvements to processes or procedures

Perform 6S & other housekeeping duties required for a clean & safe work environment

Train others as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
