Here at SOUND Training & Racing, we believe in providing our members with personalized service, motivation, and education to live their healthiest lives.

We are looking for a qualified Customer Experience Associate to become one of our team members. To fill this role, we are looking for a personable individual who is as passionate as we are about inspiring fitness and wellness in our members.

SOUND Training & Racing started as a West Seattle based triathlon team in 2014, and in 2016 we opened our Fitness Studio to host indoor cycling workouts. We recently expanded our workout offerings to include body weight only strength & conditioning workouts, which a focus on developing correct technique before increasing speed or power. We believe that focusing on technique will help to injury-proof the athletes as we transition to more advanced exercises.

We keep our class sizes small so that everyone can receive personal attention, while also creating a supportive community of people to empower each individual to become the best version of themselves.

* Assist clients in setting specific and attainable fitness goals

* Talk comfortably on the phone

* Manage day to day operational activities

* Be flexible

* Be dependable

* Be perceptive to client needs

* Be able to multitask

* Be comfortable posting on social media on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

* Experience in administrative positions (preferred)

* Sales experience (preferred)

* Personable and open to growth in a company

* Motivation to succeed and to directly impact the changing of lives

* Coaching or personal training certifications are a bonus, but definitely not required.

Pay starts at $15 Hourly, with opportunities for commission
