Providence is calling a Senior Data Analyst Talent Acquisition (TA). This position is virtual and open to Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California or Texas.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst Talent Acquisition (TA) PSJH who will provide strategic consultation, insights, analysis and reports by leveraging solutions and systems data, market and competitive intelligence and benchmarking research to support Talent Acquisition with strategic planning and decisions, TA success measurements/metrics/results/ROI and business outcomes. Regularly identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of talent acquisition data to reveal critical insights, enable actionable decisions, develop strategies, adjust tactics and tell the story of the value of the TA function. The TA Senior Data Analyst focuses on enterprise efforts and maintains "expert" status in recruitment and marketing data and reporting capabilities of the systems, solutions and vendors. This role also creates and applies technical expertise in building reporting infrastructure and advancing capabilities and maturity of the insights and intelligence function.

This position identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of enterprise wide talent acquisition strategies and partners with HRIS to make connections to the people strategy. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and reflects the PSJH mission and core values.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and reporting for of Talent Acquisition data for the purpose of strategic planning and decision-making by TA, HR PSJH leaders and executives. Enables TA and HR leaders to tell the story of the value of TA and the hiring of talent through data and competitive intelligence.
  • Work with HR staff and other customers to analyze and satisfy data requests through production of established intelligence or utilization of various tools and applications to develop new intelligence. Works with HR, Finance, Marketing, and TA vendors to analyze data using various systems, data sources and benchmarking research to develop new intelligence and insights to support TA.
  • Ensure validity of data including identifying and reconciling discrepancies in intelligence from multiple reporting sources and/or systems and/or conducting period audits to improve data quality.
  • Identify, design, and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to TA information systems and related functions.
  • Create new value and maintains credibility and strong relationships with TA stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiting teams, and HR leaders.
  • Proactively seek out benchmarking and best practice sharing opportunities and implements industry best practices for accessing, analyzing and disseminating data.
  • Lead critical initiatives and projects to improve data and insights and serves as project lead or work stream lead on major informational projects that involve TA data.
  • Educate users of TA intelligence on how to access, utilize and discuss TA information, including group and one-on-one training.
  • Provide reviews, assessments and recommendations for tools and technologies used to generate reports or streamline processes.
  • Investigate, resolve and perform follow-up tasks on complex system and data related problems as needed.
Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 5 years related experience.
  • Experience in an HR, TA, Finance, Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Technology or Marketing or other business environment working with data reporting, analytics and insights consultation.
  • Experience in an HR TA, marketing or healthcare environment and data.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Experience extracting and analyzing data using a variety of enterprise reporting tools and data sources (Examples SQL, Tableau, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Crystal Reports, ATS, CRMS and Microsoft BI).
  • Experience presenting and communicating outcome-based analyses to senior leaders for strategic planning and decision making.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in influencing and negotiating.
  • Experience educating others on basic data analytical techniques and concepts.
  • Experience leading complex projects through an established project management methodology
