Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified and professional Accounting, Finance, Audit, and Tax candidates who are seeking permanent positions. In addition, you will have a desire to maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and job seekers, while conducting a high volume of highly professional cold calls, interviews, client meetings, and networking activities. Drive and conduct a high volume of sales activities, matchmaking, and notify job candidates of potential opportunities.

The Recruiter will be responsible for interviewing and assessing job seekers, evaluating a candidate's skills and career goals, and acting as an advisor in their career. The ability to create immediate rapport and develop long term relationships with potential job seekers is critical. The Recruiter will also research, identify, cold call, and make introductions to potential company prospects through creative sales and networking strategies; while building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage the placement process and contact job seekers on open positions that align with their experience and requirements of the client opening.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Professional Services, Sales, or a Client Service centric role. Strong communications and professionalism is a must.
