Role and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist HRBP on various HR related issues for assigned division including: Counseling managers and employees on performance and disciplinary matters; conducting employee relations investigations and exit interviews;
* Managing the performance management and rewards and recognition processes for Mobile Division;
* Supports employees of all job levels with various HR questions and issues as they arise;
* Maintain HRIS accuracy and completeness (Workday Management);
* Assist in the recruiting process, including some candidate selection and interviewing;
* Drive Samsung Culture Index participation and scores through analysis and presentation of scores, providing insight on wins/challenges and suggested areas of improvement;
* Lead direct report to provide consistent support across Mobile Division for HRBPs and employees, providing direction and strategy;
* Partner closely with HRD Mobile and HRBP team, as well as various COE teams in HR, including TA, compensation, talent management, etc;
* Provide opinion/direction on best practices and coordinate changes with the team to ensure consistency across HRG org
* Lead onboarding of new HRGs to the team including Workday and process training.
Skills and Qualifications
* Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
* Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
* Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
* Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
* Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
