Job Title: Recruiter I

Duration: 12 months+

Location: Bellevue, Washington

We are looking for a recruiting coordinator who can sit in either Atlanta, GA, Richardson, TX, Overland Park, KS Bellevue, WA or Bothell, WA

Description:

Looking for a recruiting coordinator while one of our team members goes on stretch assignment.

At least 1 year relevant experience required. Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions at entry level and within professional organizations. Direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business needs while complying with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines Design, develop, and implement local sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates that reflect the local community demographics and build a long term community of prospective candidates. Conduct national searches as appropriate Work with managers in functional business areas, presenting best qualified candidates that meet job requirements. Relationship management to include advisement, coaching, influencing and training related to staffing.

Intake information:
target hire date: ASAP
No approved expenses.
Must haves: Strong interview coordination skills and a background in understanding MicroSoft outlook calendars.
This individual will support ETS in the scheduling of interviewing, background checks and coordination of candidate experience.
TMO to provide equipment.
Candidate will be remote.
Possibility for extension up to 18 months.

We are looking for a recruiting coordinator who can sit in either Atlanta, GA, Richardson, TX, Overland Park, KS Bellevue, WA or Bothell, WA. This person should be versed in working with Multiple Recruiters to schedule candidates for interview. Ideally these individuals will have worked in a corporate recruiting setting. They will primarily be remote based but we would like the option for the individual to go the office as needed.
