About This Role

The Recruiting Coordinator is an ideal role for someone seeking a path into recruitment. You'll provide support to the team by managing the day-to-day administration of our recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll be given active support, hands-on training and access to learning opportunities to help solidify your knowledge and understanding. Along the way, you'll partner with the People and Culture team to help build out the scalability of key functions and participate in exciting initiatives we're bringing to MN!

On a given day, your work might include:

  • Scheduling candidate and hiring team activities virtually and onsite
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); running reports as needed or requested
  • Pulling together hiring team interview packages
  • Sending out and reviewing pre hire assessments
  • Creating, posting and removing job ads
  • Welcoming new candidates onsite, facilitating tours as needed
  • Communicating with candidates and third parties regarding interviews and hiring statuses
  • Tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports
  • Researching local hiring climate, talent levels, recruitment trends to gather ideas to innovate or improve recruitment efforts
  • Lending a hand to the People and Culture team for onboarding, orientation or other ad hoc projects

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree is nice to have
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail or office coordination is preferred
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of technical sites and applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness to be a proactive partner in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfort and flexibility in taking on new tasks or projects and lending a hand
  • A bias for action
  • Ability to (re)prioritize and multitask effectively, picking up where you left off without missing a beat
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to be furnished upon hire absent an approved accommodation
