Job Description Overview At Fisher Investments our Account Executives (AE's) engage with high-net-worth individuals who expressed interest in our promotional materials. Using their sales expertise, AE's determine the prospect's investment goals and educate them on our strategy. They guide communication between a prospective client and our firm, affecting both the prospect's financial future and our overall growth.The Opportunity:The Account Executive Manager is much more than a managerour group is built on leaders. Reporting to the AVP of Account Executives, you will gain the skills required to motivate and coach employees to greatness. You will also hone your interviewing skills, gaining an in-depth understanding of our firm's sales process and the prospective client-facing aspects of the financial services industry. Along the way, you will be challenged with leading a team of, outgoing, motivated sales personnel producing quality appointments for our outside sales team.The Day-to-Day:Inspire and lead a team of AE's to ensure the department's metrics and fiscal year goals are metHelp develop human capital to prepare AE's for their next role in our organizationParticipate in recruiting efforts for new AE's, including traveling to college campuses and conducting phone and on-site interviewsConduct ad hoc and scheduled performance review meetingsBe a motivator and resource for questions relating to communication techniques, market knowledge and the financial services industryScreen and approve all appointments set for the outside sales teamYour Qualifications:2+ years experience with a phone-based sales environmentExperience developing and motivating sales professionalsMaintain examination requirements and required security licensesU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
