You'll report directly to your manager who will aid in your career development.The retirement plan space can be a complex and confusing market for small businesses and their employees to navigate our mission is to work with small businesses to better their employee retirement plan needs.The Day-to-Day: You will help and guide participants with any ongoing service needs, educating them to make the most informed decision on their path to retirementYou will help business owners and Plan Administrators navigate their role in supporting plan participants on their path to retirementAs the group continues to grow, you will lead side projects and help with creating efficiencies within the teamYou will make plan amendments, payroll submissions, and monitor large trade implementationsYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceCommitted to improvement with a will-do attitudeAn interest in startup businessesCommitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timelineYou meet challenges head-on; You learn from your setbacks and work towards improvementYou are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and emailU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hireWhy Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
